Griefed players by pretending he wants to help wiring so he gains access to tc and steal batteries, workbenches and stuff.
He raided a base and emptied all the boxes and placed the stuff on the ground to despawn.
Placed floors on bases. 
This player is not willing to play fair and square.
The ban was issued upon that.
