01/04/2026 - MarkTheGrub was warned after he accessed another players car lift, removed the lock on their car and placed one of his own, then stole the car. 

01/04/2026 - MarkTheGrub was warned again shortly after when he twigged onto another players base and started trying to access boxes through wooden bars.

01/04/2026 - MarkTheGrub went to another players base and entered their compound and looted their furnaces and refinery.

All of this players infractions were committed in under 30 minutes despite multiple warnings including being told in person that stealing is not allowed on this server. It's clear they were not at all interesting in respecting the community or following the rules so a permanent ban had to be issued.
