US Pure Ban- Scopez

Scopez was first console warned for stealing from their neighbor in English and German.

Another player had reported a theft and Scopez was on the loot logs, they were given a second and final warning for stealing in both English and German.  

While doing some map clean-up I noticed Scopez testing the boundaries on bases, upon further inspection of the player it was found that they had accessed several sleeping players as well as a teams compound.  While in that compound they took it upon themselves to clear authorization on their toolcupboard and authorize themselves and loot anything that was unlocked.  Given their previous warnings and our attempts to bridge any possible language barrier sending the warnings in both languages, it was clear that Scopez had no intention of following our server rules long-term.  A permanent ban was placed.

Dear Server Admin Team,

I would like to sincerely apologize for my recent behavior on the server. I understand that I took items from other players’ bases, and I now realize that this was against the rules of a PvE server. I want to be clear that I did not intend to harm the community or create problems for anyone.

At the time, I genuinely misunderstood the rules. I thought the restriction only applied to killing players and then looting them, and I did not know that entering bases through building mistakes—such as open windows—was also forbidden. That said, I fully accept that it was my responsibility to understand the rules properly before acting, and I am very sorry for my mistake. 

I was also told that I received a warning in the chat, but I honestly did not see any notification. This is not meant as an excuse—only as an explanation, because I would have immediately stopped if I had noticed it. 

I truly enjoy playing on this server and think it is a great community. I respectfully ask for another chance and promise that I will carefully follow all the rules in the future. This situation has helped me understand how important it is to respect the server guidelines and other players.

Scopez, thank you for taking the time to participate in the appeal process.  The warnings sent were translated for your convenience and sent in both German and English, we get a confirmation when these warnings are sent that they did go through.  Ultimately it is the players responsibility to follow server rules and read the warnings given.  As such, the ban will remain in place.  I wish you the best of luck finding a server that fits your style of gameplay.
