got banned for "stealing minis"

i literally found one at harbor glitched out and i took my time to get it out of the glitched spot. the second one was literally on the side of the road. how is that my fault??? TO TOP IT OFF, admin SAMYGIRL said it was my final warning so why did i get banned if i had my final one? i didn't know it was her trying to take the mini back from my base so i went to check it out and she hopped out of the mini so i took what i thought was my lowgrade ( I LEFT LOWGRADE IN THE MINI) and then i get perm banned for stealing her lowgrade?????
