Staff Shrewd Posted 17 hours ago Staff Report Posted 17 hours ago Offender: Darcose1 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: EU Pure Time: 19/02/26 15:44:12 Expires: Permanent until appealed. Reason: Trespassing More Info: The player has 2 previous warnings, one for placing ladders, and the second for stealing a supply drop. And now, once again placing ladders on player bases, this shows a pattern more than a mistake. As this is a third confirmed violation after prior warnings, the behavior demonstrates a clear disregard for server rules. The ban was issued upon that.
Darcose1 Posted 17 hours ago Report Posted 17 hours ago Hello, I just got banned, but I didn't take anything from other players. I did take some fuel, but I returned it. I placed ladders on two bases because a new player was stuck in the walls. Just yesterday, I tried to help someone with their helicopter, but I broke it. I offered to reimburse him. I have proof about the ladders; my two friends were online and can tell you I'm not lying. You can also check; I didn't take anything, and I gave clothes and weapons to new players.
Staff Shrewd Posted 16 hours ago Author Staff Report Posted 16 hours ago Hello, Thank you for taking the time to submit your appeal and explain your perspective. After reviewing your message, I would like to clarify a few important points based strictly on server rules and enforcement procedures. While we understand that your intent may not have been malicious, placing ladders on player bases is not an acceptable method to “help” or resolve situations, regardless of the reason. Unauthorized base access, even with good intentions, is not permitted. Situations involving stuck players, base issues, or technical problems must be reported to the admin team so they can be handled properly and safely. This is precisely why admins exist. Regarding the fuel, helicopters, or assistance to new players: positive actions do not negate or override rule violations. Rule enforcement is based on actions taken, not intent or unrelated good behavior. It is also important to note that this ban was not issued as a first-time incident. You had already received: A prior warning for placing ladders on multiple player bases A prior warning for taking a private supply drop belonging to another player Despite these warnings, the same behavior occurred again. At that point, escalation is required under our enforcement policy. Statements from friends or verbal explanations cannot replace concrete evidence, nor do they change the fact that the action itself violates server rules. For these reasons, the ban will remain in place. You are welcome to submit another appeal after a reasonable period of time, at which point it will be reviewed again based on your conduct moving forward. - Shrewd
