MVP and MVA Each wipe and end of year total winner

As the title says, not sure if its been suggested before. 

Have a way of Polling the most valued player and admin for each server each month with a tally at the end of the year for simple 10 min or whatever award ceremony with possibly some cool stats like how many chickens killed, 1st 2nd 3rd for achievements for the server for the year etc etc. I have other ideas. But that may help boost player base health and returning etc.
