Offender: Notorious BIGUI     Battlemetrics | Steam
Server: EU Pure
Time: 20/03/26 11:54:35
Expires: Permanent until appealed.
Reason: stealing
More Info:

The player had already received three prior warnings, all related to stealing. Despite this, they proceeded to loot a crate at Cargo without participating in event or even engaging.
Given the repeated nature of the violations and the player's clear awareness of the server rules, this is considered a pattern of behavior rather than an isolated incident.
As a result, a ban was issued accordingly.

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your appeal.

At this time, your appeal is not sufficient for review, as it does not include any details, context, or explanation regarding the incident. Appeals are expected to clearly address the situation and provide your perspective so we can properly assess the case.

It is also important to note that this ban was not issued lightly or as a first-time offense. You have previously received multiple warnings for rule violations, including:

Stealing a supply drop and refusing to communicate with the admin team

Accessing another player’s base and taking items that did not belong to you

Repeated griefing behavior involving the use of a drone and throwing grenades at a player’s base

Despite these prior warnings, the behavior continued. Most recently, you arrived at Cargo without prior call or participation and took loot from the crate, even after being told that your actions were against the rules.

Given the repeated nature of these violations, the ban was issued accordingly.

For the time being, this appeal is rejected. You may submit another appeal after a reasonable period of time, provided it includes a proper explanation and reflects an understanding of the rules and your actions.

Regards,

Shrewd

Regarding the boat today, I honestly didn't know I had to announce my presence on board. In two years, I never notified anyone that I was working on the boat, Oil Rig, and Company. I never had any problems.

I've always shared the drinks on the boat or even at the oil rig without complaining.

I stole a box from a plane drop, but I didn't know if it was a player's drop. It took me a while to realize that the drop box had the player's name on it, and then I returned it.

Regarding events, I really didn't know I had to specify what I needed to do via message. I didn't even know I had to ask for permission to create an event.

I understand that I received 3 warnings which led to my ban; I'm not a player who insults or speaks ill of other players.

Yesterday I got a warning for supposedly raiding a player who attacked me first with his boat, so I just retaliated humorously. Yesterday my hourglass was hit 14 times with his boat.

Besides, it's not like I'm being disrespectful by insulting the players. Yesterday in voice chat, Duck insulted me, today it's Perez who insulted me in voice chat.

Mojo blew up my car with grenades yesterday

Now I know I can't participate in events without being physically present, and like I said, I didn't know about the drops. I've learned to differentiate them, so it won't happen again.

On Rust, I've always played on this server without any major problems, including insulting other players.

I truly want to apologize for my three actions, which were not actions I committed in one day.

Personally, I've always enjoyed sharing on a server

So there you have it, I apologize and it won't happen again.

Sorry, I'm not English, I'm using translation.

We understand your perspective and appreciate the effort you’ve made to clarify your actions. However, it is important to emphasize that server rules apply consistently to all players, regardless of prior experience or how things may have been handled in the past.

While you’ve stated that you were unaware of certain rules (such as calling events or identifying personal drops), these expectations are part of maintaining a fair environment for everyone. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand and follow the server rules at all times.

We do acknowledge your apology and your willingness to improve. However, warnings are issued specifically to prevent further escalation, and in this case, they were not effective in changing the behavior before the final incident occurred.

For these reasons, the ban will remain in place at this time.

You may submit another appeal after a reasonable period, at which point it will be reviewed again based on your acknowledgment of the rules and commitment to follow them moving forward.

I've been honest with you, I've told you everything, but I find this unfair. I haven't insulted or said anything inappropriate to any other players. It's not like I come here every day and steal from everyone. You have your rules, I understand, but I don't accept having to make another request. I won't appeal again; for me, this is the end of that chapter. Thank you for everything 🙂 and good luck. Goodbye.
