I had someone who texted me in discord dms regarding some issue i had a with a staff member 

the converastion did take turn in dms, not in official discord server not the game, he was involving himself and i told him not to do so 

he decided to jump back into dms and alot just happenened there

Now i find myself perm banned for something that took turns in dms, not in game nor in the official discord

I just want to know why i was banned when whatever happened did not take turn in the game

The ban was put in place on your account due to after prior incidents or player disrespect (in game and in discord) you continued to harass another player of our community through DM's.

While it was not in game or through the official discord server you still continued to DM and harass her when the situation had already been dealt with. She also asked you to leave her alone in which you still continued to harass her through DM . You are the one who initiated contact with her. You were told player disrespect would not be tolerated on our servers, and that no other warnings would be given. Not only did you harass her you did so using a racial slur.   

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context.  

This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.

Not one apology was given for your actions, all I have seen in your appeal is finger pointing and no responsibility taken for what transpired.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Therefor your ban appeal has been denied and will uphold the Perm Ban on your account for RustEZ servers . And yes as long as i did something horrific i would at least explain why it did escalate, just like what happened with you

That person was involving herself when i was complaining about that initial problem, and i simply dmed her just to tell her to stay out of it and whatever comment she made was unnecessary, there was no intention of me spamming someone or harassing in the first place.

 

After the problem was already solved, she came back and told me to not dm her, and then she ended up extending the conversation, clearly she wanted to reach this point so she can complain, otherwise there was no point of her sticking around my DMs. It's a pretty childish play if you ask me. Rules or not, it was in DMs and it SHOULD NOT be taken to consideration under any circumstances, you guys were just looking for a reason that's all. And it is not valid, ignore this all you want but you definitely know that. 

And im not going to apologize for doing something i was pushed to do it. 

Teaching me about racism and how is it not tolerated ain't gonna change anything, young lady.

 

Keep your server for yourself and your crybabies.

The attitude you have right there is why you are in the position you are in; I have all the DMs. Any form of racism is not tolerated or can be justified. Regardless the Parm Ban will be upheld for reason's stated above. Good luck to you.

Well i do have the DMs too, what is that supposed to mean ? 

Yes i said a racial slur, but if you'd read it carefully, i wasn't trying to extend this chat, she was clearly trying to reach something and she even said it and well she eventually got it, what's a guy gotta do.
Now i can't tell you put yourself in my shoes because i don't think you'd even bother to consider all sides. Just because i was the bad guy means that he's wrong the whole way up right ? That's how you execute your actions i guess ? 

Sounds like something's missing but oh well, who's gonna hear from a guy with "attitude" right ?
