Ban Appeal AU Pure

Hi. So I was given a warning for "twigging into others bases" by AnarchyIII and a few moments later I was then banned for raiding. I was only trying to twig inside to access their refinery as I wanted to cook some crude so I could get my own. The other base that had their refinery outside was hooked up to industrial Items so my low-grade would've been taken. May a admin please justify my ban. I do understand I have a bad record in terms of attitude and harrassment but I am trying to change that by taking a calm approach and figuring this out

Thank you for appealing. Your recent name changes did not help at all and further investigation found who you were so the ban was rightly justified as you have been previously banned before and had interactions with other admins. 

You had no right to twig into another players base (raiding) you can happily use a refinery in places like Airfield and Outpost freely. Yes you had been warned by me in that interaction we just had but I do not have recollection of everyones voices.

 

Thank you, for the time being the ban will remain

An Admin requested I changed my name? She said she would leave a note behind for everyone else?

I didn't change my name to evade bans or anything?

You were banned from repeated rule breaking, changing your handle does not absolve you of your past indiscretions.

You've had numerous warnings for player harassment, mic spamming and have now moved onto raiding.

At this stage the ban will remain in place.

08/04/2025 - (Varcula) Altercation calling another an admin and another player stupid in open chat.

09/04/2025 - (Vacula + LemonButter) Building a 'rave party' with 250-500 lights near the K&K monument... monitor the build for lag.

12/08/2025 - (Anachy) Blasting loud rave music through a hot mic, asked to turn it off, didn't and was muted.  You then proceeded to carry this on over into the discord so instead of serving a 30 minute mute it went to 45 minutes.

18/08/2025 - (GiantJalapeno) Had another argument with a player in global chat in game.  Asked to move it on, the other player moved on, you continued and were muted... again

23/08/2025 - (Bluelambb) 12:53AM - Continues to argue and be rude to players in chat, muted for 15 minutes 

23/08/2025 - (Bluelambb) 01:50AM - Continued aggression in chat, stalked the player and rammed their car into the other players attack helicopter, claimed lag in chat to cover their tracks... 3 day ban issued to calm down.

26/01/2026 - (Kritter) Played loud music over a hot mic, when asked to fix it gaslit and told me "its just literally" "taking the sound in"  advised  due to past history to fix their mic or be muted and you immediately complied.

07/02/2026 - (Kritter) 03:48PM - Kicked for blasting music through an open mic... again.  Advised if he wishes to 'have a dance club' use the ingame dlc music system so players that don't wish to hear it can mute it (the mic spam is louder than heli rocketing).

07/02/2026 - (Anarchy) 07:43PM - Starting controversy: Called out a player in global chat of camping a monument whilst on the otherside of a map.  Not the first time... 3 day ban.  

(Mooroo) Had a discord VC Chat, advised getting into an argument with other players over global chat isn't the best way forward, if you have an issue with a player and can't amicably resolve it, mute them and move on.  You aren't doing that and have now made a name for yourself.  If you want a fresh start changing your name is an idea but players will be able to find your history if they know where to look.

05/04/2026 - (Anarchy) Caught twigging into a base, told this is against the rules, wanted to use their refinery. Told they can use refineries in areas like Outpost, further investigation sound this player has been warned enough times.

Carried the conversation over into discord, raided (twigged) onto another players build to use their refinery.
