Bradley and Patrol Heli Takedown limit

Please make it so the same players arent running back and forth between their base and launch site blowing bradley up, or give each player a 2 hour cooldown so someone else can try it during that cooldown period. And make patrol never aggro a player two spawns in a row so that they can still shoot it and share loot, but someone else gets the brunt of the fight.
