Player was reported for stealing.

Upon investigating i've got multiple complaints from him from different players.

Player stole a transport and crashed it. (BM logs would confirm that)
Player stole a motorbike and drove it into the sea.

Upon further investigation i found that he raided another base, accessed the TC and stole hardware (work benches/repair benches etc).
