Player was reported for stealing from the refinery at outpost.

Once i was there and the victim and myself asked them to give the stuff back and to read the rules they were responding in english and their foreign language. 
After me asking a couple of times to give the stuff back and that stealing is against our server rules they ran away and tried to steal another minicopter.

Ive kicked both of them after several verbal warnings to not steal.
They both joined back and again attempted to steal the minicopter.

A ban was issued since they have no respect for our server rules.
