Hello,

I don't deny it, I saw 2 bases without TC, for me its look like that they abondonned it, the ground and walls were decaying, some boses were on the floor, some were in boxes, so I took some loot, i didn't destory any TC, but I placed mine to get access to the boxes, and I didn't know that abondonned based with some look on the ground cannot be looted, my bad.
