player was first warned on 7/25/25 for building what by all appearances was a public use area complete with workbenches and other player usable deployables, then placed traps around the area which began to kill players as they approached the area to use it.  They were warned in Japanese and English explaining what was wrong with the base, why it broke the rules and urged to use /rules in chat to review the server rules. 

Flying was warned a second time on 10/13 after being found on the logs of another players mini that was reported stolen.  Another warning was sent outlining our rules on stealing and again urging them to use /rules in chat to become familiar with the server rules and prevent another occurrence which could lead to a ban.  

This morning I was called to a player who reported their motorcycle was stolen from them while they were enjoying a monument.  After a lengthy search, i found flying fox was in possession of the motorcycle and there were logs on the motorcycle confirming the reporting player was the original owner of that motorcycle.  At this time the decision was made to place a permanent ban on their account due to continued rule violations to the detriment of the community despite being given numerous chances to change their behavior.
