Is there a possible way to make the prices for homing flares a set credit price? I think it would be more beneficial to have it set to one standard static price. The problem I am seeing is that it is the same price as bagging, so it seems redundant to spend the 4500 credits for homing flares when the bags have the same price with the same increase the more times you use the teles.

I get your point about the cost, but I think you may have overlooked that the flares can be placed anywhere inside the build zones of the locations / monuments thereby making them much more valuable than bed / bag. You could argue that the flare price should therefore be higher than bagging.
