Belt slot be a lot more useful as you can carry more ammo and meds without taking space. I also I looking at it as military point of view as nobody got time to pull ammo out there or meds backpack if in a fight as your more focus on staying alive being overrun by be Bradleys with there Bradley Heavy Scientist As well Helicopters & I talking about like 10 or so at sametime can you stay alive without dieing?

adding an extension to be able to hold more items on the belt would be cool if you wanted to run the monument in your preferred game strategy, however if we talk about game strategy, a more effective method you could try without needing to alter your playstyle, is working within the game mechanics, and simply put, if you need more medsticks at hand you're probably playing against the natural game mechanics trying to go too fast, and ignoring the damage, whereas if you slowed down and approached the monument at a slower pace, with the mindset that you're just a solo player, you are required to carefully clear each section carefully without dyeing or rushing ahead before fully healed after each section because no one else is going to help rescue you lol.  i think stacking the effectiveness of a medstick would be cool, but would defeat the purpose of the game and not encourage people to try different game strategies instead of just making it easier

you could take a step further and change your entire perspective on playing rust as just merely board games with friends, or you could see the games original face value of just being a creepy take on the survival genre 😃
