The player received two warnings for violations of server rules, including raiding and stealing from other players. Their actions included raiding a body and taking items, as well as stealing fuel from a mini. Despite a previous unban following an appeal, the player's continued disregard for the rules by stealing a car out of someone's garage led to further consequences. 

They were permanently banned for stealing/looting which violates the server rule: No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
