ban for racism?(crazy work) by JediJess for god knows why

was playing the game just as i do everyday....some kid came in instigating a bunch of stuff starting problems with literally everybody......went to see his base and why it was such an issue with everybody and then got ban for racism? literally absolutely nothing was said about race even once...ive been in this server for months and have literally never had one single issue even to be reprimanded at......im not sure if it was action i triggered in game or what

i know i heard what i heard hard R and all. so. if it wasn't banning you for racism how about griefing then? when you door camped his base, ran in and tried to code raid him. We was floating there for some time. and just a fyi 'Dawg' is the instigator in that whole thing, the player you harassed has done nothing wrong and was nice with everyone even followed instructions to use the mute option for those who were harassing him, thats why he couldn't hear you calling him all the nasty things you was saying to him, you got yourself banned because you made your choice to say the things you said.

The ban will not be lifted, it will stand. We have zero tolerance for the type of behavior that you showed yesterday in game. 2 Admins were present at the time of the situation and witnessed a long list of derogatory language that included slurs over voice chat to avoid an auto ban towards a player along with behavior that is consistent with player harassment and player disrespect all because they built in the middle of an oasis. The situation should have been dropped and moved on like the other admin asked to be done. Players were asked to mute each other and go on about their business, in which some did but you decided to go over and antagonize the other player for whatever reason.  Thank you for appealing but the ban will stand.

Yeah, Jess, well both you and image are wrong because there was literally zero slurs said which is the entire reason this appeal was ever made in the first place. Should I have maybe not bothered to do sure whatever that’s a slap on the wrist don’t change the fact that one he’s still a dickhead for building where he did regardless of the situation and two there was not a single slur said again whole reason we are here in the first place you guys have absolutely zero proof of a slur being said so I really don’t understand why we’re kind of facing this off of what he said. She said y’all are blatantly lying. There was no slurs said I’m really not sure what you guys were listening to, but it wasn’t me either that or you guys are not fully aware of what a slur is. I don’t know I don’t care but y’all are wrong.

And even more crazy part about it is is image it made in chat that he built their out of spite because he died in a fire caused by an accident bro instigated it off grid and then continue to instigated a chat. I’m not a dickhead so I’m not going to be but at 100% seems like an image our friends and there’s favoritism being show.

Again, Thank you for appealing. We do not lift bans for language which has only one meaning, that being purposefully racist or severely derogatory.  

While we do understand that this language permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Pejorative terms and derogatory words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. This includes in global chat, on signs, and written on notes or sleeping bags.
