US Scourge in the Summer Build Contest

It's the middle of summer, get building your summer house on US Scourge this wipe as we host a Summer Build Contest.
All players are welcome to join and enter on (US) Scourge.

RULES
The build should share space with water and land.
Max size reasonable foundations, TC must have upkeep.
Have a BBQ and boom box. Max 1 pool. (DLC items made by players are sold in vending machines)

The build must be a stand-alone single detached Summer-themed build (no towns/villages/hotels/bridges/factories/farms/shops to ensure an enjoyable event experience for all.)

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, reply to this forum thread and include:

Your in-game name (i.e. TiffDust)
The name of your build (i.e. Summer party house)
The Map Grid ID of your build (i.e. D13)
Maximum of 2 screenshots of your build: One screenshot of the front, one interior/other screenshot of your choice.
You don't have to wait until finished to enter.
