New Cargoboat rule for all EZ servers.

Hello,

I would suggest a new Cargo boat event rule, like: "Looting boxes and timer crates will only be for those who participate in killing the scientists".

I'm playing around for a couple of years on EZ servers now, the beginning was a struggle sometimes  but i see a lot of frustration on cargo boat events. Mostly it is people jumping on and start looting when the cargo boat docks in harbor. It should be clear that people putt effort in killing scientist will share the loot. All others cant take anything. So no grubbing allowed. 

The way, different admin react brought me here. I heard from a dude this wipe that the admin didn't help, he was told to share the loot with everyone on board. That's a weird but funny way to always collect stuff by jumping on cargo when it's safe to do.. People have to share tho. That cant be a rule right?

So my suggestions is: "Those who participate in killing scientists will share the loot". Everyone who jumps on cargo while all scientist are killed can be reported.

I know on Pure  AU this is generally how it's played, if you do some killing, you get to do the looting! 
No grubbing!

Thats what it should be, but some people think it funny to hop on a cleared boat and take some loot or even the timed crates.. 

I have seen many way's how admins deal with this, so it should be clear what the rule to follow is. Now its just share the loot...
