US Pure Ban- prismarine

Player was first verbally warned 7/8 on EU Pure for looting another players body and talked to by admins there.  They returned the stolen items and were asked to review the rules.  They were console warned again in UE Pure on 7/29 for stealing another players minicopter.  They had built twig on the players base to gain access to the mini. 

On 8/13 they were witnessed lighting up another players vehicle outside of an admins base and a PSA was posted about griefing.  On 8/16 prismarine was issued a formal warning for griefing after they used RF transmitters to troll other players by constantly pinging pagers.  Some of which they hid around other players bases and others they had placed themselves with the RF code of 444, the other frequency they used was the default.  They had been asked several times to stop before admin intervention, and they were talked to via voice about their actions.  

 

8/18 A player reported that their base had been built onto.  Upon further investigation, it was clear that prismarine had gotten into their furnace area, accessed the furnace and refinery and then built their way out.  Between all of the infractions, their conduct in chat, and disregard for rules a permanent ban has been placed.

I stole the stuff in the refinery because I needed lowgrade for the mini to get my stuff out after I killed and respawned, (I had scrap on me to buy a mini because I crashed mine earlier) so I took the low grade because I would not have made it home with the little amount I had and I was very tired. Because it was late for me (only 100 when I bought it) and the mini would have fallen out of the sky.

I know stealing is against the rules and I should have asked, but no one was on (including base owner) and I didint want to lose another mini.

I did put RF around the map and was warned about the RF and I stopped doing it. In the screenshot of the chat I was talking about how I was in a guys base named "123" in game we are friends and were in a team for a bit and I even went over to his base and did his electricity stuff also remodeled it. I put the RF in there as a joke (he did the same thing to me a bit later as a joke) but he sealed it in the walls because he didn't see the small box he was saying "leave me alone" because he was mad at the time (because of something else I said to him in team chat) but we're friends again now 

 

(if you guys could remove the small box in his wall that would be appreciated )

 

also just as a note the guy who I shot their car I didint know that shooting cars damaged them at the time because usually shooting/damaging player stuff in pve does nothing and he was shooting back at us so we were exchanging bullets he never said to stop

 

im very sorry for all of this and if I am unbanned I will never break rules again and I understand if I do break them again there is no going back and I will permanently forever be banned I know you have no reason to trust me but you're going to have to this time I love the server and its community I have met 4 new friends because of this server and I never want to be permanently banned from playing my favorite server

Thank you for participating in the appeals process @prismarine. You've received a total of five warnings for stealing and griefing, which include those given by admins on other servers, and all of which either explained the rules or instructed you on the means to learn them. Even with those instructions you kept committing the same infractions, one such infraction was grieing the entire server for your amusement. We are glad you enjoyed your time here at RustEZ however there were numerous chances to adhere to server rules and those were ignored for amusement at the expense of multiple players on our server, which is why at this time your ban appeal is declined. We wish you luck finding a server that better suits your style of gameplay.
