Player took multiple other players' heli's and proceeded to crash them (griefing). Player then stole guns from another player and proceeded to harass multiple players (and myself) in chat. 

Player was also previously warned for griefing by A3:

It was pretty clear that this player came to the server to troll and would not be abiding by the server rules, so I issued a permanent ban.
