Removal Apartment Complex from the list of monuments

Hello RustEZ Players,

I just wanted to submit a suggestion to remove the Apartment Complex from the list of monuments for map generation. Overall I feel not a lot of players are using the Apartment Complex which is taking the spot of other monuments that would be beneficial to the players. Overall the concept of Apartment Complex was a nice idea from Facepunch, however for PVE, I feel its not very useful. With decay being enabled and increasing it may cause the Apartment Complex to be utilized, however I would like to know others feedback on if Apartment Complex is a monument worth keeping around or getting rid of for other monuments.
