Player was kicked and warned for stealing after they were found in possession of another players attack helicopter.  

Upon further investigation, this player has been given a permanent ban for the amount of griefing and stealing that they had done.  At least a dozen other players have been affected on our server.  Several bases have decayed entirely, and 2 others nearly fully decayed after they gained access to the TC's and left nothing for upkeep.  They gained access to several other player bodies through exploits and looted whatever they could. It was clear after their first encounter with our server in 2022, where they hit several players but left no body, that their ways had not changed and they were only here to cause havoc.
