I appreciate your post but I need a little more information before considering your ban appeal.  Thank you for identifying your steam ID but do you recall why you were banned?

To refresh your memory, you were caught in the act of raiding a player on EU Pure and in the process of explaining that we are a PVE community and raiding is against the rules you logged out in front of the admin

You then connected to AU Pure, raided/took over a players build, destroyed half of their build, stole everything in boxes and what you could pickup with a building hammer that wasn't nailed down.

Due to the culmination of repeated rule breaking a ban was issued. My primary concern is how have you changed your playstyle and why do you wish to return now?

Hi,

Yes, I remember what happened, and I understand why I was banned. Looking back, I was immature and acted recklessly. At that time, I was more interested in messing around and taking things too far without thinking about how my actions affected other players or the community.

I’m not going to make excuses for what I did. I understand that the server is a PvE community, and raiding, destroying other players’ builds, and taking their belongings were against the rules. I accept that my actions were the reason for the ban.

Since then, I’ve grown up and my mindset has changed a lot. I have a better understanding of respecting other players, following community rules, and thinking about the consequences of my actions instead of just doing whatever I feel like doing.

If I’m given another chance, I will respect the PvE rules and the community. Most importantly, I have no intention of going back to the way I used to play. I know that saying I’ve changed isn’t enough by itself, so I’m willing to prove it through my actions.

The reason I want to return now is simply because I would like the opportunity to play and be part of the community again, but this time as a more mature and respectful player.

Thank you for taking the time to submit an appeal and for acknowledging the behaviour that led to your ban. 

Your prior actions were completely unacceptable. That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one.

The ban will be lifted, but it will remain on your record.

There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you interact with others in our servers and to abide by the rules.

Take the time now to reflect on better ways to add to our community rather than taking from it. Refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you.

• No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
• No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
• No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
• You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
• No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.
