Ban appeal for harassment

Hello, I was accused of harassing the individual who decided to steal and crash 3/4 of my Helis in game. That individual was warned however I found it in myself to go and harass the perpetrator. 
 

I understand it’s not my place to enact revenge or any similar schemes. I enjoy and get along with the US pure player base and I rather not lose that. I won’t do it again however I still believe that he should’ve been warned once for every heli he crashed. Please unban me I don’t have much time on my TC <3
