You're right, but are they going to come instantaneously when I ask or will I have to wait? This is why I play solo, I love this game too much to put it down but I have to schedule my play time with IRL stuff.

Holy crap! I know I asked for more NPCs but this is ridiculous. I just spent an entire in-game day and 70 meds trying to get near launch to take brad but the snipers are turned up to 11. They can hit me over the slopes of hills and through trees that I can't even see where they are at. If they can't be turned off can we at least enable the APC distress signals to work wherever they are thrown. It's not much fun when I can't even get to the monument because the Astronauts and Sentries have zero bullet drop over distance and seemingly have predator vision to see me through the forest. I want to keep coming back to Elysium but this crap makes me want to cancel my subscription.

The only suggestion I have is to add more NPC's I know I sound like a broken record with all the other replies, but I wanted to echo my feelings. I understand this was the inaugural wipe for the new server. I assume that means the powers that be wanted to make sure things were going as smoothly as possible without a bunch of roaming NPCs (which would be great btw). I'd love a heavier dose of NPCs even at the cost of a smaller map. If this is to be a low pop server then a smaller map wouldn't hurt anything.

I keep envisioning Hardcore mode as a new way to get some of us "roleplayers" more immersed in the game. With everything that Hardcore would take away it would give so much in return for a server that is PvE. I can see a monthly wipe schedule wherein we all come together to create the infrastructure to help each other navigate the world. (i.e. sign posts and spray painted map segments on high external walls or on foundations as a large map one could walk through. Take away the global chat, force us to rely on discord to communicate server issues. If one wants that global chat then use the discord. I have other thoughts on this as well but would appreciate some feedback and to hear from others on the subject. Thanks all!
