Thank you for submitting your appeal. During your brief time on the server, you repeatedly violated our rules. We take banning seriously and, unfortunately, we are unable to overturn the decision in this instance. The video clip you provided does not pertain to the theft in question. Initially, you were warned for entering a player's base, killing a horse, and not returning all loot when requested (you kept 500 low-grade fuel). At that point, I advised you to review the server rules. Subsequently, you were warned again and then kicked for using abusive language in global chat and giving offensive notes to another player. Finally, it was discovered that you accessed another player's base and looted their boxes, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the server rules, which led to the ban. More Info: Spoke to player about his behaviour a number of times, but player continued to grief players and steal items from other players. Issued a final warning, and then found evidence of looting from a player base.

More Info: Initially spoke to the player about his behaviour after twigging into a player's base, and advised them to review the rules of the server. Then warned for entering a player base and removing items, and asked to read rules, and advised that a final warning had been issued. Witnessed player then befriending another player to gain access to his base, and then whilst distracted stole the player's horse. Therefore the ban has been issued.

While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers. Pejorative terms and derogatory words such as those used on your account are not welcome in any context. This includes in global chat, on signs, and written on notes or sleeping bags. More Info: Player has been given multiple warnings for actions against players, breaching game rules and exhibiting toxic behaviour. Incidents involved trespassing into player bases and tampering with their vehicle, showing attitude issues in conversations with other players and moderators, racism, and finally attempting to loot an admin base. Issued a ban for continued toxic behaviour.

More Info: Player has been spoken to multiple times already about looting/griefing other players, and despite the warnings issued, player has raided yet another base. Therefore a ban has been issued.

Offender: oliver Battlemetrics | Steam Server: EU Pure Time: 16:25pm GMT Length: Permanent until appealed. Reason: Griefing. More Info: Player was initially spoken to about being suspected of stealing 2 minicopters and crashing them into a player base. Warned player and advised them of the rules. However they continued to grief every player/base they came into contact with. Muted player after they were abusing VC and then kicked after not heeding warnings, and continuing to grief. Player re-joined server after kick and continued with the above behaviour, so issued ban.

More Info: Player has 2 prior warns for stealing and accessing other players bases, witnessed him stealing again from another player, so issued ban.

Offender: Kam Battlemetrics | Steam Server: EU Pure Time: 22:20pm GMT Length: Permanent until appealed. Reason: Abusive language. More Info: Player was initially spoken to about griefing another player, and continued to harass every player he came into contact with. Repeatedly asked to moderate his language in global - ignored all requests and continued to make hateful comments.

More Info: The player has received numerous warnings regarding their conduct on the server. Most recently, they were found to have intruded into another player's build using twig, despite being well aware that this is against server rules.
