Tried to talk to the guy, when confronted, he started shooting with nail pistol at the admin. Then ran away and raided a base, took over and claimed the tc that had no lock. Wrote to him twice in Russian but kept ignoring me. Obviously this player has no intention to play peacefully on the server. The ban was issued upon that.
