Add an upgrade system for Furnaces and Refineries, similar to the existing Pumpjack and Quarry level system. Each level increases both production and fuel consumption rates by +1. Players can upgrade a furnace or refineries by crafting and combining additional units (for example, using multiple furnaces to increase the level of one). Benefits: helps players to consolidate setups instead of placing multiple furnaces/refineries. Reduces entity count, leading to improved server performance and lower tick load. Helps players build on a smaller footprint, freeing up base space.
