Hi Ice King, Thank you for taking the time to submit an appeal for your recent ban. In your own appeal you mentioned a series of events that happened confirming your own rule breaking. You admitted to raiding 5 times, griefing another time and breaking the deployables rule as well. You supplied a video to be used as evidence, this video doesnt add to the evidence as it doesn't include your audio and doesnt add any additional context that the logs do not clearly provide. You can prove that another player said something, but what was it you said just before the other player replied? Without this information your video provides no context. Our rules are listed in multiple places including the name of the server. I view the RustEZ servers to be a place to come to relax and get away from the PVP aspect of this game. Maybe your play style is better suited to another server where shotgun traps are used for base defence. I have reviewed the evidence and compared it to your appeal and your ban will not be lifted. Wipe after wipe your playstyle has slipped more towards PVP and further from PVE. If you feel that my decision is unjust, you may request a team member of higher authority to review your appeal.

Hello easy, Sorry for the delay in replying. You may have moved as requested, but your continued efforts at griefing the same players earned you a ban. You started griefing and harassing almost immediately after waking up on spawn beach. You continued to grief and harass the same team long after I first interacted with you. I saw no attempt in the time you were on our server to play as a valued member of the community. The ban stays. If you feel like my judgement is harsh and would like someone else to view your case, you may request a second opinion from a higher position in our staffing. Thanks, Krovak.

Hello asishmohanty622, Thank you for reaching out in regards to your ban. I can assure you that I have indeed checked the logs. The player that you mention had cleared 90% of Cargo vs your teams 10%. All of your teams kills were 7mins after the other players kills. Your team bullied said player into leaving Cargo. Your team also bullied other players in chat that were only trying to remind your team of the rules and how Cargo is a shared event. Cargo is not first come first served. If this was the case all of the loot on Cargo would've belonged to the other player. Thanks, Krovak.
