I'm not sure what kind of appeal this is, but I will play along: @HEISNBURG Thank you for taking the time to participate in the appeal process. While you played in our server, there were several instances of stealing. Warnings for breaking rules and PSA's are posted in hopes of players changing their thieving ways, they are not suggestions. They are a "hey keep doing this and you will be banned". If you crash your mini, go buy another. If you damage your mini, limp it home carefully. Stealing is not permitted on any of our servers. If it's easy to get into someone's base, it's not an invitation to take what you want. At this time, the ban will remain in place. -samy

Offender: HEISNBURG aka Didledoor6767 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US PURE Time: 6:15 PM EST Length: permanent Reason: Stealing HEISNBURG first joined our server under the name Didledoor6767 they were formally warned and a PSA was posted in chat regarding server rules after they entered another players base and looted anything unlocked including the players car. Still Didledoor6767, they were given a second and final warning after stealing and crashing another players minicopter. Now known on the server as HEISNBURG, the player left their minicopter at half health on another players roof and took the base owners which was full health. Given the repeated thefts by this player, they have recieved a permanent ban.

Thank you for participating in the appeals process @prismarine. You've received a total of five warnings for stealing and griefing, which include those given by admins on other servers, and all of which either explained the rules or instructed you on the means to learn them. Even with those instructions you kept committing the same infractions, one such infraction was grieing the entire server for your amusement. We are glad you enjoyed your time here at RustEZ however there were numerous chances to adhere to server rules and those were ignored for amusement at the expense of multiple players on our server, which is why at this time your ban appeal is declined. We wish you luck finding a server that better suits your style of gameplay.

Offender: prismarine Batllemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:27 pm EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/ Griefing Player was first verbally warned 7/8 on EU Pure for looting another players body and talked to by admins there. They returned the stolen items and were asked to review the rules. They were console warned again in UE Pure on 7/29 for stealing another players minicopter. They had built twig on the players base to gain access to the mini. On 8/13 they were witnessed lighting up another players vehicle outside of an admins base and a PSA was posted about griefing. On 8/16 prismarine was issued a formal warning for griefing after they used RF transmitters to troll other players by constantly pinging pagers. Some of which they hid around other players bases and others they had placed themselves with the RF code of 444, the other frequency they used was the default. They had been asked several times to stop before admin intervention, and they were talked to via voice about their actions. 8/18 A player reported that their base had been built onto. Upon further investigation, it was clear that prismarine had gotten into their furnace area, accessed the furnace and refinery and then built their way out. Between all of the infractions, their conduct in chat, and disregard for rules a permanent ban has been placed.

Offender: Dusto Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 11:07 pm est Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/Griefing Dusto and their teammate PhenoAn stole another players minicopter and were found attempting to upgrade it to an attack heli owned by another player. Dusto was kicked, relocated, and a warning was sent. A PSA was also posted in chat regarding the server rules. Dusto then found a players horse and decided to kill it. Their second and final warning was sent. Dusto went on a tangent in chat, all players were advised that they join the server and agree to our rules. They decided that they would rather steal yet another helicopter earning them a permanent ban.

Offender: PhenoAn Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US PURE Time: 10:50 PM EST Length: permanently Reason: Stealing/Griefing Pheno was given their first warning after stealing another players minicopter with their teammate. When they were found they were attempting to upgrade the mini to an attack heli. Pheno was kicked and warned upon their return a PSA of the rules was posted in chat. Player then went to a heli crash site and took another players attack heli. They were kicked so I could return the heli and given a final warning. Upon returning Pheno immediately went to another players base and began killing chickens. Given their chat etiquette, and failure to heed any previous warnings, it was clear they were only in our server to cause problems and a permanent ban was placed.

Offender: dog Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:47 AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing Dog clearly joined our server with the best intentions: Dogs first warning was after inviting a player to their peen shaped base for a tour, they stole their attack heli and damaged it. The warning was a general no stealing and other server rule breakdowns. Dog then moved onto another base where they built to gain access, emptied the players beehives and killed their chickens. Their second and final warning was sent. Dog quickly went to another base gaining access through exploits and took ammo from their mixing table and again cleared the players beehives. It was very clear that no previous warnings mattered and they were just here to cause problems. A permanent ban was placed to protect our players and keep the peace.

Given the amount of time that has passed since the ban was placed, i am willing to overturn this ban, however this will be the only second chance afforded for this type of behavior, and any further infractions will result in a permanent ban from the server. Offender: ПЕТРОВИЧ Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US PURE Time: 6:25 AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing Player was witnessed by an admin stealing another players crops through a chain link fence. They were sent a warning regarding our rules on stealing. Player had asked repeatedly for an admin in chat, when I was finally able to log into the server and check on them it became clear that they not only entered a base uninvited but then proceeded to loot the base owners body, authorize on the TC, lock the original base owner out of every single box they owned, their doors, and build them in. This level of theft and griefing earned them a final warning on stealing and they were given the warning with rules in both English and Russian in an attempt to bridge any language barriers. Given the level and audacity of the player in the above instance, I had a feeling they were only here to cause issues. When looking at their activity it showed multiple suicides at different locations and a minicopter death. They were in possession of other players items and had attempted to despawn unwanted items from bodies of their victims. They were permanently banned for continued stealing.

Offender: Mr. Chuddington Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 9:13 pm est Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/Griefing Chud was first warned for building onto other player bases. A PSA of server rules was posted in chat as well. Chud went on to build onto player bases. They were given a second and final warning when they added a TC to another players base and blocked it in ensuring that the base owner could not continue to play. Chud's final straw was when they repeatedly suicided after dying looking for an easy to pick base and stole items from their unlocked boxes. It was clear they did not care about the rules or our other players. A permanent ban was placed for their blatant disregard and asshattery.

Offender: 不同的 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 7:23 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing 不同的 was reported for griefing, upon entering the server I found they had twigged onto a base. Players had already called them out in chat and asked them to type /rules which they claimed to not know. They were given a formal warning with the rules of the server in it. 不同的 Disregarded that warning and accessed another base through exploit stealing from their refinery, planters and beehives. They were given a second and final warning. Very shortly after their final warning, 不同的 entered another players scrappy and attempted to take off. At this point it was clear they had no intentions of following the server rules and were given a permanent ban in a short time.

There are rules of conduct in every server, you joined and agreed to ours. One of which is stated clearly as "no mic/chat spam, disrespect, racism, harassment, discrimination or controversial topics." Your ban is self-explanatory and will not be lifted. There is no excuse for the behavior whatsoever. It is unwelcome in all rustez servers and against Facepunch terms of service.

Offender: michael hashbrown Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:52 AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing/Stealing Player was first warned for their language in chat. After their formal warning, they looted another player's sleeping body and base. Michael then looted another player's dead body and left all items on the ground to despawn. At that point it was very clear that they had no intention of following our server rules and received a permanent ban.

Offender: RowdyNinja Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 3:32 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Griefing Rowdy teamed up with a streamer known for visiting our server for the sole purpose of trolling. They immediately joined in on the activities and pushed another players attack helicopter off of their roof and their teammate rammed it with their car blowing it up. They were warned and a psa was posted in chat regarding the rules. Rowdy came back with the same teammate and same agenda, they damaged another players vehicle destroying it and taking some items from the grey satchels. They were given a second and final warning regarding griefing other players. Rowdy earned a permanent ban after they and their teammate flew around the map rocketing and ramming other players helicopters continuing their griefing spree.

Offender: isaac.harbarger Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 12:37 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing isaac was reported for stealing from another players base. They authorized on the TC, built items and picked up some deployables. Upon further investigation isaac was found in possession of several different players things and on several TC's not belonging to them. They would lock the players inside, create keys and continue to go back to the base until it was emptied. They were given a formal warning and a PSA of the rules was posted. isaac was found trapped inside of another players base asking for admin help. Given their history I took a peek inside of their inventory and found that absolutely nothing on their body belonged to them. They had once again authorized on another players TC, picked up absolutely everything in their base leaving nothing. Looted their body. Gained access to several other bases through exploits doing much the same. They were given a second and final warning, their base was locked down to retrieve the items of other players and I attempted to verbally talk to them. I followed isaac knowing they could not and would not follow rules since they argued over everything, lied to other players, and showed absolutely no remorse for their actions. Sure enough they found the next sleeping body and looted it. They received a permanent ban.

Offender: farqeeqee mcsnarfle bottom Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US PURE Time: 7:56 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: griefing farq was given a first warning after they added a TC to another players base, put a foundation down and a shotgun trap and griefed the player and base. farq was given a second and final warning after returning to the players base, adding ladders and repeatedly knocking on the door to further troll. They were respawned away from that player. farq was permanently banned after being respawned and immediately finding another base with an open TC. They cleared all auths on the TC, authed themselves and then began building it in to block the owner from access. It was clear that they were not going to follow the rules.

Offender: sammyjhoward Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 9:09 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/Griefing sammyjhoward was console warned after entering another teams base through open doors and looting their unlocked boxes. sammyjhoward was given a second and final warning after taking the locks off of the other players doors as they were attempting to secure their base. sammyjhoward received a permanent ban after placing foundations and TC's to block the other team while they attempted to further secure their base. It was abundantly clear that none of the three members of this team had any intentions of following our server rules and were merely here to troll other players.

Offender: Bubba Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 8:49 PM EST Length: permanent Reason: Stealing Bubba was console warned after they and their teammates gained access to boxes of another team through windows. Bubba was given a second and final warning after building onto the same teams base in order to gain access. They were kicked with a read rules warning and moved from the area. Bubba was permanently banned after returning to the same base and damaging another players vehicle attempting to break it.
