Hello and have fun. As a fellow hobby farmer, cats are not such a bad thing to keep around the place since you also have seed and feed to think about. Those two items attract mice which in turn will draw snakes. So don't knock a gift horse but do try to manage their numbers. And if Rust is not the way you like it now, quit wait a year, then come back to a whole new game again. It worked for me twice so far. Anyway, again, Welcome.

LMAO, not that old, I am just 2 years behind you in real life. Played all those systems myself. Its a luxury having been around when they were introduced isn't it. Anyway just wanted to say hi. I am a Louisiana boy, married for 20 years and also have a 17 year old son. I can also say that I have a 39 year old stepson and 35 year old stepdaughter, and 5 stepgrandkids (all girls). I also have one daughter who is 27 by a previous relationship. Before you ask, yes my wife is 11 years older than me (9 older than you). Now that family life has been discussed, can we go outside and play now Dad?

If possible in the near future can we establish some sort of limit on the number of buildings and structures people can have at one time. Everybody all wants to crowd into the same areas and it is almost impossible for people who come late to the server to put up structures in decent locations. I am trying to limit myself to a small shop, a minimum of one quarry, and a medium size house. This way my total area on the map isn't too overwhelming for someone else. I did away with walling the area off as this just seems to be too much wasted space. I am not suggesting my limits but using me as an example. I haven't been here but a few months but it did not seem to be this heavily crowded before. Thanks for your time guys.

Twice now while killing NPC's I have accidentally opened a sleepers body while it was near where I had shot a npc. Is there any way to prevent opening up sleepers like this as I really would prefer to avoid it? Thanks.

I generally leave the 5000 or so bearskin rug bp's in box's alongside the roadways since after one its just useless crap to find. Kind of like finding wood in a barrel. No I don't think bp's should carry over as I like the idea of everyone starting the wipe on the same foot sort mostly. It creates a more fair setting for all players in general and gives less to whine about later. Sure some of us are going to just whine in general but that is our nature and not meant to be harmful in any way. Look over it and carry on as usual. Why would we want to put the new player at the start of the wipe in a bad mood about playing with us? Its just more fair to clear everything.
