River pump is having same issue 8 out of 40 planters are taking in water rest show zero

i did everything what jedi said to direct link to pump and void the combiners and splitters. and still having issue. i thought maybe i had too many planters or buildings so i removed the three storie farm building and just use the one i had. im using one inground pump level 10 witch is 50 power. i have 21 level 1 sprinklers hooked up. from pump to first sprinkler gets water so does the second one rest get water but not giving planters water. out of 21 planters only four are getting water.

ever since reset on sunday morning for bug fix's the water sprinklers stopped working. i picked up planters placed them even had one sprinkler to each planter and the planters stop gaining water. upgraded inground pups even large water catcher. they getting water but nothing getting wet. even upgraded each sprinkler to level 4. nothing seems to work. was working fine befor reboot.

i see you hadded upgrade all in the tc but it possable to add repair all from tc so when we fight heli's from towers or bases that we dont have to use hammer on every floor and wall. it takes some time if you have a big base.
