To answer the poll (and i voted ) , yes there should be a decay, like many players say and noticed there are a lot and i mean a lot of big bases around, Making the server lag for players that dont have a high game computer or not enough memory to load it, so they start to disconnect. Witch u all know is not funny when it hapends to u.
The decay should lower those big builders, and some should start to learn how they need to use the auto refill system ofc
About the rule book. also here afther 4k houres of playing on (EU pure) ... i know them very very well , i think, even made some mistakes , with the piping across the map. but i like to explore and test a lot of things out (beying a beta and alpha tester for years) i think u understand that. Lucky our kind Admins (even the sexy one's for the ladies ive heared) explaned what the downsize was , so i apoligized to them , but learned how it worked. thx Admins and again sorry @Zwuen
and indeed there are some "unwritten rules" , if they are correct i leave that in the middle. BUT i would suggest to discus that topic with @Death or even with players ( maybe a poll) to add them to the rulebook as they also make players lagging, witch give a lot of nagging in the chat, as u all know those players who like to walk the thin red line if u get my point.
but that just me. for the rest i would say to all of u Staffmembers/admins/players etc u all doing a good job to kee the server nice an playable. i realy thank u for that, it give me reason to come back every day and have a little laugh and life in my hard painfull life atm.
