Hello Michael. Welcome to the appeals process. I have reviewed the facts. I see that you have been on quite the stealing spree, and after quick repeated offenses you were banned. In this instance are there proof logs of 4 seperate occassions where you took someone else's possessions, where helicopters were most taken, and you were officially pointed towards the rules that stealing is not allowed on the server. this was also done in quite the rapid succession completely disrupting peoples experience on the server. I noticed you were already changing user IDs as well, as yesterday you were "on your brothers account". Below are our server rules once more, so you can familiarise yourself with them. Server Rules - No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind. - No spam or harassment, either via mic or chat. - Disrespect, racism, or any form of discrimination is not tolerated. - Do not camp loot rooms, monuments, or highly concentrated loot areas. - Building in caves is allowed, provided that you ensure safe passage for players. - Blocking waterways, surrounding monuments, or monopolizing large areas of land is prohibited. - Avoid excessive building. Buildings that cause performance issues for others may be required to downsize. - Pipes can only connect containers that are in close proximity and must not span large distances. - No politics or controversial discussions or imagery. Maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all. - Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics in a way not intended by the game creators is strictly forbidden. - You may promote yourself once every 24 hours. You may not promote communities. - And the life rule - Be a decent human being.

To regards what your friend Marin mentions, I have mentioned to him twice that this was a server automated ban, not a manual one done by me. With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized. Hi Rick. Rules that should make sense to anyone, like promoting other competing rust communities while playing on any server should be known. I will also just add the extra server rules down below that have been posted in Discord as well. We understand people move servers, and it happens! Its generally that you talk about it in DMs rather than on the actual server.

BANNED Offender: iplaygames90 Steam, Battlemetrics Server: Pure EU Length: Permanent Reason: Harassment More Info: Player as toxic chat history, has previous record of harassing people, killing peoples animals + admitting to all crimes also incl stealing from bases with no intention to stop. Another offense was crashing heli of another player on purpose. Due to variety of issues, stating he will return to do the same, issued a ban for negative server impact overall.

Regarding your ban, you have broken a server rule where it states that you cannot promote other communities, which is a bannable offense.

They were asked to stop, kicked a few times; yet kept going and becoming more and more indecent in chat by cussing out players and admins in both english and russian. Whenever they were pointed on their rule breaking behaviour, besides chat escalation, they also severely griefed a player by using shotgun traps repeatedly for a longer period of time breaking their house. The escalation and severe impact on the player base as well as rude atittude in chat has earned them a ban.

Offender: Cosecha Independista Steam | Battlemetrics Server: Pure EU Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing Player has received 3 warnings regarding stealing. Despite these warnings, they again proceeded to steal from someone else their Beehives. The ban is issued upon repeated offenses.

@Notorious BIGUI Hi, Shrewd was the admin who placed the ban on your account, but as they are no longer staff; I am taking care of your appeal. I want to be real with you, as I was in my first message. I looked at all the logs and screenshots by previous admins. Never said you were banned 3 times, but you were officially warned at least 3 times of your actions that you were stealing and griefing players, you were acknowledging it in chat that you thought annoying the other players was funny. The fourth infraction made you receive that ban. Has also placed notes with toxic messages on the victims. Chat spam: Has spammed chat with Free loot messages. They have also placed in chat that they were there for player suffering. Griefing: They have built onto other player structures while looting more victims.

Hello, Hope you're well. when reviewing your profile, i see that you have not only once, but edited the note multiple times to see when you'd trigger the auto ban system. This does not look to me like a joke but more like deliberately trying to test a system. In addition i'd like to point out that you have been caught stealing on multiple occassions.
