It's not a second account. My first appeal on the currently banned account hasn't been processed yet. It's been 255 days. My friend said it takes 8 months for the second appeal.

You're right, but my first appeal is still showing as "Appeal Pending" even though it's been 205 days. If I try a second time before this is resolved, will the same thing happen again?

I filed an appeal with easy.ac, but it's been 17 days and I still haven't received a response. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled on my account; I don't believe my account has been compromised. The game wasn't installed on my computer, and I've never used cheats, and I'm completely against cheating. My last login to Rust was 2 months ago. Due to running out of space on my computer, I performed a clean Windows installation and then installed Steam. Upon launching Steam, I immediately encountered the Rust EAC ban. I submitted a ticket to the Facepunch support team but received a negative response. I filed an appeal on easy.ac, and it has been showing "Appeal Pending" for 20 days now. I play many EAC-protected games on my Steam account and have a library of over 1500 games. I only played Rust for 20 hours and didn't like it enough to lose my mind and use cheats. I am absolutely certain the ban is wrongful, but they are not interested. Can you help me? What should I do?
