Apriori22 (76561198093272157) reported to me that they were being shot at Arctic Research Base but they could not see the scientist other than footprints. When I stopped by to check it out for myself, I didn't see the footprints that were mentioned, but I did see the laser light from the scientist's gun coming through the ground attaching a couple screenshots for reference.

Looking forward to it, Pure+ was fun but the low server population made it sad. So, I ended up back on regular Pure just to have people to interact with. I will miss pocket recycler, but such is life; you win some, you lose some. I am definitely interested in more details on 'native loot protection features' one of the most annoying things has been dying during early wipe and some troll loots my body before I can get back to it.
