While we appreciate your comments, we will not be taking player comments except for the one banned. Purely due to the magnitude of the ban. This thread is for the sole individual to make their appeal.

Offender: Molly.Speers (steam) (BattleMetrics) Server: US Pure Time: 7:00PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Sent harassing messages to a player. Was toxic during a server event and had to be taken aside to be spoken to. Player has been brought into conference 3 times about his toxic behavior towards players on multiple servers. last talk today. Disrespecting admins. Proof: Multiple forms of proof.

Offender: Wilfred Brimley (steam) (BattleMetrics) Server: US Pure Time: 3:19AM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding Additional Info: Player was warned earlier in the day for looting/raiding. Came back on later and proceded to try entering homes. The homes they did enter had no accessible items and very little was taken. The player then found a mini-chopper and proceded to land on roofs attempting entry. They landed on a roof and was confronted about raiding via heli, they were warned again that raiding wasn't allowed with the intent of going over the rules once again and player posted "hee hee ban me plz" rather than discuss the situation. They then proceded to walk into the flames of the exploded mini and logged out. Proof:

Offender: Fondoo the Magician (steam) (BattleMetrics) Server: US Pure Time: 3:42PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Player was previously warned for using racist content, language, and username on 11/23/2018 for racism as per requested evidence. Player was banned for these listed server wide infractions. Player returned on a new account that was verified by IP address and server chat triggers. Upon return, player was again banned for previous infractions and ban evasion. Proof: IP address ETA: Fondoo Steam Battle Another account from Vex that was banned for ban evasion. 2:17 pm on 7/23/2019

The store underwent some changes a while ago. It was posted in announcements about the change and how to get a refund for the pumpjack. I've quoted the section and provided a link. Reminder Pumpjacks and Recyclers are no longer permanent and will need to be purchased every wipe. This change is to completely automate the delivery of all store items which has deprecated the old requests system. The prices have been significantly reduced to accommodate these changes. You can request a full refund into account credit to be used on future store purchases if you purchased either of these items before these changes were committed. You may request a refund in #help .

Offender: (steam) (BattleMetrics) Server: US Pure Time: 11:35PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding, looting, disregarding admins. Additional Info: While following the player, they died and their corpse went under the map. I retrieved their items and when I went to return them, they were inside a base which they jumped onto a roof and in. Upon telling them the rules and that we were a no raid/no loot server and asking them to return the items, they continued to loot and ignored myself and Frenchy. They then logged at which point Frenchy and I returned the items to the owner and removed his body from the house. They relogged and before we could confront them they ran into a base that we learned they had raided earlier. Again, they were obstinant and started shooting me while refusing to talk. Joking how they were enjoying this and refusing to discuss the raiding and rules. Including the fact that they built in the road. At that point the decision was made to move forward with a ban. We used to do demolitions on Pure but can't with the spawned in or new cars since they don't take damage like the old ones did.

Offender: (steam) (BattleMetrics #) Server: EU Pure Time: 7:03pm EST Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding, stealing Additional Info: Teleported to the player to find them inside another player's base. Was able to confirm that items they had were taken from the owner of the base. He also took 200 crude out of another player's multiple full refineries trying to hide the theft. The previous day had another incident where they became belligerent and were muted and kicked. After the ban, the player went to my Steam and made an inappropriate comment. Proof:

Offender: (steam) (BattleMetrics # ) Server: US Pure Time: 10:40am EST Length: Permanent Reason: Raiding multiple bases Additional Info: Entered at least 3 bases by boosting in, 2 of which they accessed through the second story. Items, including skinned ones, were found in the player's base. Including specifically skinned items. Proof: More proof upon request.

Offender: (steam) (BattleMetrics #) Server: EU Pure Time: 2:20pm EST Lengt:h: Permanent Reason: Griefing by changing codes, raiding, looting. Additional Info: Player was allowed a room in victim's base but was not given permission to take items from the victim's personal area or change door codes. They did both. Victim also placed a research table in a public area and told player that they could use that until they made their own. Player later removed the table and placed it in their room (all witnessed by admin). Victim then told them in chat to leave for changing codes and stealing. Admins witnessed the code change and theft. Proof: Additional proof upon request

It may appear that way without knowing the full details. We don't hand down bans without being sure.

Being aware of, and part of the situation and knowing the rules of the server, it's bad enough to warrant a ban.

Was found inside a base looting and when confronted pulled an eoka on me. When told it was a no raid, no loot server and asked if they understood the rules, they jumped out the window and tried to run. Upon tping them back to me, they attempted to run again then logged. Players not following the rules will need to start over and lose there spot, and possibly the Monument race. Multiple race violations may result in race disqualification. All obstacles are able to be completed and have been tested, and as such admin intervention will not be offered to complete the race. Marked (Christmas Tree) vending machines may be located along the roads or inside of monuments. You must stay on the marked path (Roads) and follow the marked (Christmas Tree) Vending machines during the race. You are not allowed to accept or advert to using resources obtained from outside the race area. Players may work together, but prizes cannot be claimed by groups and players must decide individual placement within groups. Natural rocks may be used. If you are not able to complete vending machine transactions you must return and complete the previous vending machine checkpoint before advancing. The use of a stand-in or secondary player not competing in the race who is actively helping you advance is not allowed. And may result in race forfeiture. If you caught skipping or attempting to cheat in the event, you will be removed and forfeit any/all prizes including the participation prize.
