Having decay on has been nice. Have not seen too many mega bases this wipe. Not as many as prior wipes at least. And when people are inactive for too long, their bases decay away and frees up room for others to build. Only thing I wish that could be changed if possible is the player built boats decay too fast in edit mode. Overall I'm satisfied with decay being turned on. Thank you for the change.

I'm actually looking forward to the decay due to the massive bases that cause lag. hopefully this will reduce massive base builds and reduce the lag.
