It's not an exact science. Most times it's averaging a 75% return from the wood provided.  That applies for large and small.

This issue has been reported by several others on EU Survival as well as this player. 

This has resolved.

This is a known issue on apparently, most of the RustEZ servers. Here's hoping we can fire the drunk trains and hire new ones soon. heh.

The Giant Excavator was recently nerfed to bring it back to a far more reasonable rate.

I understand the confusion, but those are in fact pumpjacks. Once you place them they will show up as they should.

What I saw were what seemed to be randomly decayed areas. It seems someone likely used a heli to cause internal splash damage to cause issues(Such as destroying the TC that was, at the time, not in an interior area.), but with it being HQM and with the amount of damage I saw, I am not sure what the root cause is. Player has rebuilt the missing sections, base was re-upgraded to it's original state, and all splash damaged items were repaired. Will be checking in with the player often for anything unusual happening again.

This happened on US Scourge.

This is a known issue. FacePunch is aware. MUCH faster to just whack a tree.

I waved my magic wand, pulled a muscle and swore profusely. Apparently this is the magic combination.

That by itself worked fine for me, without admin talents. (Admins have no magic tool to accomplish anything  with painting that you can't.)

This has become a bad issue for US Pure. There is a critical shortage of vehicles and the natives are rightfully restless. 

This is a known issue.
While your specific issue isn't exact, it appears to be part of the same problem.

Resolved. The cap is repaired.  The danger area is no longer accessible.
