Player joined the server and said they were here to grief. I told them not to, they said ok. I started watching them. They tried to beat some sleepers to death with a rock and tried to knock out a players foundation. They asked if they could loot sleepers, I told them not to loot players, after previously explaining that looting/stealing from other players is against server rules. I then watched them seconds later take items from another players inventory. At 630 hours, they knew what they were doing was wrong even after the warnings. 

@Death I also have a less than savory discord conversation from him asking why he was banned that I will PM you since it has some very inappropriate language in it.

RustEZ follows the FacePunch wipe schedule, so we will be wiping December 7th. FacePunch releases updates on Thursdays, and wipes are the first Thursday of every month.

Additional evidence supporting twig raiding, and looting/stealing from ActualTrash's incident.

@Murfet here are mine from earlier they were able to get into the walled off area and into the furnace. They had to place the box to be able to get out.

Played called out in chat for another player to stop and bring back their stuff. I TP'd to the player and told them to stop in voice. They did not listen. I told them again in chat to stop, as well as more times in voice and even tried sending a friend request to the player, to no avail and explained to them they need to give the items back. They continued to not listen through voice or text chat. I was told that this player "muscled" past them into their loot room unwelcome and took things from there. The thief has 3000+ hours in Rust and therefore knows what stealing is, so they have been removed from the server.

Reason for Ban: Raiding and Looting

Info: Alycat warned the players previously that looting and raiding were not allowed and would be banned if their actions continued. A player asked me to investigate missing loot at their base today as well as their beds being be named. Their names were all over the loot logs for that base as well as another base that aly had discovered previously. I was told that they placed landmines under a player then looted them. I do not have proof of that.

Reason: Attempted Raiding, Griefing

Info: They joined the server and stole somebody's car. I went over to them and explained that cars can be given for free by admins. Explained the server rules to them - "No raiding, Looting others, or stealing etc." They nodded in game "yes" and ran away. Spectated them moments later to find them scouting a base then trying to jump onto a stone brick barricade to get onto a players garage. The High external wall killed the player. Player respawned came back, repeated same outcome. Watched the players try to hit a twig wall frame around the garage and try to shoot it with a bow. When that failed they tried again to get onto the garage and died. Went around to the other side of the house to investigate and saw that signs were either painted over, or added to the front of the base Griefing the player who's car the stole after joining the server.

CptnDeadly asked me in chat to TP to them for assistance. They were in MY oilfield. Asked how they got it, showed me their twig structure that they used to boost into our area. Checked logs and saw he also looted our 4 refineries, and 2/3 pumpjacks for a total of 2k lgf and 1310 crude. He also told me he looted "a few other people as well" and tried to justify it by saying it was open through windows.

I like the idea about working at getting a vehicle, but that it so tough to do fairly. I don't think there is a better way to make cars happen at the moment.

I agree completely. As somebody who joined the server midway through, it was a lot of fun, building and collecting BPs. I truly did enjoy needing to farm up BPs and needing to trade and barter with other people for resources. Without monthly BP wipes on a PvE server it will stagnate. Once you and everybody else has everything they need, what would be the point of logging in to play?
