After a thorough review of your case file, I would like to point out a few things: 

Firstly, thank you for acknowledging the childish and immature behavior you exhibited during your brief time on this server. However, I fail to see where trying to blame the admin for your actions is pertinent.  The admin made several attempts at discussion with your over both voice and text chat which were all clearly ignored by yourself. Maybe you have this server ban confused with one of your other server bans.

So after some deep thought and much self-deliberation, this ban will NOT be lifted at this time..   So with the sun on your face and the wind at your back, don't let the server port hit you on the way out.

We have carefully reviewed your appeal challenging your ban from the RustEZ servers. We understand your desire to have the ban lifted, but unfortunately, we are unable to grant your request.

Your ban stemmed from  instances of posting Nazi propaganda on the server. This behavior is a direct violation of our community guidelines, which explicitly prohibit the promotion of hate speech and offensive content.

Furthermore, your attempt to use AI in crafting this appeal in an attempt to appear sincere is disingenuous and undermines the seriousness of your actions. We value genuine dialogue and transparency within our community, and your resort to AI manipulation falls short of that expectation.

We recognize that freedom of expression is important, but it is not absolute. When your expression encroaches on the rights and safety of others, it becomes unacceptable. Your actions have created a hostile and unwelcome environment for other players, and we will not tolerate such behavior.

We encourage you to reflect on your actions and understand the harm they caused.

After review it has been decided to remove the ban. Be aware that your warning will remain and any further incidents may result is actions up to and including receiving a ban.  Be sure to familiarize yourself with the server rules and guidelines found  when launching the server, using /info  or /rules  also they are listed here in the forums.

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Images such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context. 

This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.

This ban will not be lifted. 

With multiple warnings from several admins on Scourge and Admins from other EZ servers and also a recent temporary ban for actions violating the server rules, I find no reason at this time that this ban should be lifted. Good luck in your future Rust endevours.

Reason:  Multiple warnings and still refusing to follow server rules, the most recent infraction was after being warned about political/controversial imagery then approx. an hour later the player put up all new political and controversial imagery.

No current real-world controversial topics or politics chat and/or imagery

Thank you for participating in the appeals process.  You were warned and talked to on several occasions and blatantly told the admin's that you were not going to follow the server rules.  I see no reason that the ban should be lifted at this time.

Over the span of your time here on the RustEZ servers you have been advised by multiple admins about your actions of inappropriate behavior and language, including a final warning by myself for harassment and disrespecting other players. This ban will remain in effect, good luck on your future Rust endeavors. 

Yours was lifted when it was determined your signs were accessed by someone else. Be mindful of the rules regarding politics and other images and lock your signs so they can not be changed by others.

Let me refresh your memory. You were the one harassing other players, you were the one attempting to break into others bases and block other players build's, and you were the one that surrounded over twenty (20) different players bases with spike traps.

That is the "E" in PVE,  Environment.  There  are lots of ways to die in PVE, bears, wolves, zombies, cold, hunger, scientists just to name a few.  Not sure why you would WANT to be banned just because you suffered some deaths and go to such lengths to achieve the ban, so you received what you wanted and not really sure what your point of this post was, but thank you for engaging in the appeal process, no matter what your end goal is, Good luck in your future Rust endeavors.
