Some very good responses here, not much to add except we normally do run server wide events for prizes and/or RustEZ store credit, some of these are PVP. Those events unfortunately have been put on pause for the time being to keep server performance at its best with the influx of so many new people.

Describing what you did as a "distasteful joke" is a really far stretch. 6 months ago there was zero tolerance for racism, 1 year ago there was zero tolerance for racism, and to the best of my knowledge there has ALWAYS been a zero tolerance for racism on the RustEZ servers. How to Play This event is a Free-for-all style and the goal is to knock your opponent’s down out of the twig platforms. Everyone will start at the top of the structure and players will slowly fall. Rules and Info - The last 3 players will receive the top 3 prizes - Players will be given a set of weapon, ammo, and meds (bow, 200 arrows, fire arrow). - Each player will have ONE fire arrow that will instantly break a platform. Use them wisely! - If you hit the spikes or not in a twig platform you are out. It is possible to fall multiple levels which could get you in a wounded state, if you don't get back up you are out, although you can try to convince other players to help you back up. If you fall and hit the next floor you may shoot the platforms above you if there are players above, however, if you are out, you may not shoot platforms any longer. Also, playing and standing on the wall frames will get you a disqualification.

Can we just implement it without the respawn part? make it expensive in caps to use as respawn, but cheap for player use? That would stop the F1 kill abuse of it. Or make it landable on ground/water or player builds only, try landing on monument and its instant death.. just some thoughts

This was motivated by your prior infractions and warning given by other admins during your time here in the community, not because of racial bias. With the number of prior warnings you have received, the 3 day ban was lenient. The absolute last thing any admin wants to do is to ban a player, but we can not just turn our back and ignore violations of the rules.

As previously stated our we do not condone violence, bigotry, racism, sexism, hatred or derogatory statements to groups of people. As you return you will notice your BLM signs are still in place. They are political/political movement signs and there currently is no rules against them, just as no rules against other peoples political/political movement signs such as the Biden, Kanye, Trump, BLM, Thin blue line etc.... The issue came of your use of the ACAB slogan, which is used by the group "Skinheads", It is known to the general consensus as a violent hate group. And as such it was treated no differently than any other known symbols/sayings of hate.
