"Disconnected: Kicked: You've been banned from this server by tribrats for disrespect of admins"

I was banned as soon as I joined, didn't even get the chance to wake up. Says I was banned for disrespect of admins but I have never played on this server to my knowledge. I'm just kind of confused at the situation.

i was kicked the first time for my name- Niggaranger, which i understood because its not the best name then i changed it to plop and joined and i was kicked again- but i see nothing wrong with plop then i changed it to Sp___ky which is my steam name and joined in which i was perm banned
