    Reason: Witnessed player going through another teams base. When I attempted to pop in to talk to them to explain the rules, they pretended they couldn't hear me and attempted to mask my talking by breaking nodes.

    Reason: Player received warning for looting on 11/17/2019. On 1/4/2021 at 4:24 player received another warning for looting. Players name was later found on another players inventory, boxes, TC, and they had replaced the lock on their door so the owner couldn't leave. This occurred 20 minutes after the warning issues on 1/4/2021.

    You joined the server 1/3/2021 at 9:49PM server time. At 10:26PM, only 37 minutes after joining, you renamed another players bag to a racial slur. While we have no way to verify if this was you or your brother, during the 1 hour you had been on the server earlier in the day, all you did was rename other players bags to homophobic phrases. We have a zero tolerance policy against racism and we do not allow homophobic/bullying behavior on our servers. The ban will remain in place.

    Reason: Player accessed another teams base while the members were online. They attempted to explain that looting isn't allowed and asked for their items back. The player refused to comply and when admins tried to intervene he ignored them and refused to return the stolen items. The player was kicked and immediately rejoined and continued to ignore admins attempt to resolve the situation and explain the rules.

    You had actually made multiple sexist jokes before you earned your mute. If anyone else had made derogatory remarks it would have been addressed. However, this did not occur.  
     

    Players do not need to be online to be banned. You weren’t because, once the notes were found you had already logged.  Since you were the only person who had accessed the chest with the notes during the time frame they appeared, it made it quite simple to deduce who wrote them. This was actually solved by another admin and I double checked their work and submitted the ban.  
     

    It’s unfortunate you recall the situation incorrectly and feel the need to make false accusations. As previously stated, the ban will remain in place since the RustEZ community is no place for racist nor sexist remarks.

    I was able to look back into this. This occurred while you still had the username RidZz.  You had originally only earned a 24 hour mute since the moment you joined the server you began posting sexist and derogatory remarks. We gave you a couple of chances to refrain before administering the mute. This of course riled others up in chat, which I immediately shut down.   Once you realized you had been muted, you proceeded to write over 40 notes with racial slurs that I will not be sharing here. I had tried to give you time to cool off with the mute but you took this opportunity for granted. Considering the time and effort it took to make over 40 notes with such derogatory phrases, its hard for me to consider this as having been a "spur of the moment" or accidental case. Taking all of this into consideration, the ban will remain.

    Admins do not show any favoritism to players and we do not ban players based on their "views". Bans are strictly set once rules have been broken. We have, and have always maintained, a zero tolerance policy against racism. What is your rust username? I will look into exactly why the ban was placed and we will go from there.

    The warning for racially charged language and the warning for harassing others  was not part of this ban; I did go back to verify what was said (for the warning on 12/8/2020) and can confirm that something was said in chat. I will not be posting a screenshot here of it as others that could be negatively impacted by it should not be subjected to it. From the warning on 12/11/2020, you continued to harass a player after multiple PSAs were sent out, thus earning yourself another warning.

    Your ban was for entering players bases and accessing their chests/looting. I personally warned you about this two days in a row, and fully explained the rules each time. Two days later, your name was found on yet another container that had been accessed through base exploits and was missing items.

     

    In both the cases which earned your ban and the ones that didn't, you continued the behavior that broke server rules after having been informed of them. Taking this disregard for the rules into consideration, the ban will remain.

    The changing storylines really doesn't help your case. As previously mentioned, you refuse to admit fault and instead try to lie your way out of the situation.

     

    Since no sincere attempt at making an appeal nor apology  has been made, this thread will now be locked. The ban will remain in place, good luck on your future rusty endeavors.

    As mentioned, none of the cases involved monument runs. You and I discussed the first three warnings over voice chat; two on 12/6 and one on 12/7. Selecting a few situations in which harassment didn't occur does not justify nor nullify the times it did. I and other admins have personally been present during times which you have instigated problems. Rather than admin the fault, you attempted to lie your way out of the situation. The armory you mentioned you were busy with was built days ago, your teammate showed me around the other day  prior to the accusations. I personally saw you out and about the map and talking in game yesterday as well. The ban will not be lifted.

    I'm linking your two topics here to keep a common thread.

    Players do not need to be online to be banned, admin are able to review content at any time; regardless if the player is online or not. As mentioned in the ban report, you were not banned for anything involving monuments.  

    You have more than one warning for harassment under your belt, there are actually 3 warnings under your account. You were given a fourth chance after I explained that we take harassment  very  seriously and it will not be tolerated; this occurred on 12/7.   This is many more opportunities than you will find others in this forums have been granted.

    Upon logging in on 12/10 admins received  multiple  reports of harassment/toxic behavior. We spent some time reviewing logs that ultimately proved the accusations, thus leading to the ban.
