Novak told me what it was. The PJ was too close to my foundation, and Rust is saying "Too close to <Monument>" as a generic error code, for some reason.
On Rust EZ Survival, I started building a base in Q13. I laid a basic 3x3 foundation, went on scrap runs, and logged for a bit. I came back and tried to build stairs or foundation outside to make a door accessible, and I got a message saying I'm too close to Launch. I then took out the doorway and tried to replace it with a wall, getting the same message. I contacted an admin that was online, ConMan, and they verified that I was far enough from Launch that it shouldn't be an issue (building closer to Launch than my base). I don't know what kind of map bug this is, but I'd rather not rebuild if I don't have to.
Each time I go to small oil rig, the crate despawns before I get to the top deck, even when I didn't check the green card room (and checked it, then headed immediately to the top deck). The blue card room only spawns 1 mili crate, and each time the red room has been completely empty. Meanwhile, a mili crate spawns in one of the cargo containers on the top deck.
