He's not a negative dude he's actually very polite, just called teammate a name which we always do. It wasn't in chat and it wasn't on a sign or anything. There was no intent on others seeing how g#% they are. lol
I know the rule is to keep community positive and we all agree it's nice but when a new player or teammate shows up and makes a mistake in private or to a teammate they should maybe not be insta banned with no chance of appeal. Human is a factor, you don't have to be a snowflake to stay positive.
Eventually player turnaround will be less do to player community overlaps and running out of fresh players.
