Video Games aren't the place for political discourse. A great many people use them as their time to escape the realities of our world, Myself included. I personally spend a great deal of my off-game time advocating BLM and actively educating people on conscious as well as subconscious racism... I come in here when I need to remove myself from that world for a while, to recharge. In order to maintain a comfortable environment where people want to be, NONE of these signs should have been allowed.

@Death I am one of those who was actively advocating the removal of the signs, and I still believe all of them should be removed... I also I do not agree with the ACAB sentiment, and actually find it to be in the same category as any other broad-reaching statement of hate towards a specific group of people... HOWEVER... With the escalation happening as it did, with no response from anyone on the subject, I do not think it's fair to just start banning people out of the blue, even if it is just for a few days, without warning and no clear stance on the matter beforehand. Perhaps we can, instead, use this moment to clarify yours and the admins stance on the matter of political and possibly inflammatory signs, and that if anything further like this were to occur, that a 3-day banning would be the result?

I guess I am just failing to see what the problem is? They aren't hurting you, I know it's a little annoying, but it doesn't happen all that frequently, and if you ask someone to stop they generally do. If they continue and start harassing you an Admin will step in and take care of it. I don't think people shooting harmless bullets is really a good argument for making a white-list process that will surely lead to good people going to easier servers to get in to, and eventually the servers losing people and the money to keep them running.

I have had an issue with this since the start of wipe. The fishing rod will cast, but only at extreme angles in the rivers, basically I have to stand at the water's edge and cast at the water's edge. I also need to be facing in that direction to pull the line in, if I turn towards the middle of the river, it doesn't pull the line in. It doesn't seem to be an issue in the pools and I haven't yet attempted to fish in the ocean or in lakes.

Yeah, ignore me. it was an artifact. switching my power off and back on fixed it

@Death Thank you for looking into this, however I am not entirely sure it worked. My lights are still half on/off

I'm confused. Are you getting injured or are they just wasting bullets?

The electrical lag appears to also be affecting the switches for card puzzles.

It seems to be getting worse, my lights are taking longer and people are reporting batteries not charging and circuits not working at all.

It appears the majority of the signs were changed as of last night.

BTW, thank you for taking the time to reply, @Granny It's a bit excessive... and I am sure I have missed some because it became dark and some are double sided... but you get the idea.

While I understand that signs can be turned off, we shouldn't have to turn off part of our immersive experience because someone has spammed the highway with political signs. We aren't talking about signs on bases, we are talking about someone putting up a small TC in something like 10 - 15 locations around the main road with political signs, as well as the responses that have been placed in other TC's as well as on buildings.

Hello, I am SaraRanmaker. I am 43 years old and retired. I am a night owl, so you guys will see me on at all hours of the night. I love science fiction, comic books, music and I am just an all-around geek. My in-game doors are always open to visitors for a chat or just a quick respite from the road. I love to play survival games and love building. I am new to the game, and just started a few days before this wipe started. I am on the [US}Scourge PVE server and already I am addicted! I have to agree... I am not sure who put them up but [US]Scourge is riddled with them.

I think it might have been me people were complaining about for the horse hording. I set up a bunch of troughs in front of my bar for neighbors, customers and friends to use. I started to notice that they were filling up, but figured it was my neighbors... it wasn't until later that I found out a well-meaning friend thought I was collecting horses for poop and was filling up the troughs I let them go when I found out a couple of days ago. I hope that helped a bit... though honestly I haven't been seeing horses like I did last wipe. Totally didn't see the date this was posted. This is not the reply you were looking for, move along.

I just heard that you guys changed the decay on cars indoors from 36 hours to 12. While I agree the decay rate needed to be increased, I have to say that 12 hours is quite a bit on the short side. I think somewhere between 18 and 24 hours might be more reasonable. I play quite a bit, however some people aren't as lucky as I am to be retired. This seems like it is punnishing the casual players more than it is the hoarders. It's just an opinion, but I was told I should put it in here. Thanks for all the hard work you all do to make this a fun place to be!
