When ordering a minicopter from the blackmarket you are able to research it however it from what I gather is just a reskined flare which causes you to research a flare thus losing the minicopter. Kinda sad but also kinda funny, would be sick to get the points / minicopter back but if not then all goods Below is a link to the video of it happening if that helps.
